Junior Human Resources Business Partner at BairesDev

As a DevOps Director of Engineering, shape the overall strategy and architecture of our development and operational processes. Your extensive knowledge of DevOps principles, cloud computing, and automation will guide the creation of scalable and efficient systems, leading the way in innovative practices and ensuring alignment with our long-term technical vision.

What you will do:

- Architect comprehensive DevOps solutions, integrating state-of-the-art technologies and practices for software delivery and infrastructure management.
- Lead in the design and implementation of scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure frameworks.
- Develop overarching strategies for container orchestration, CI/CD, and automation, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain high-level monitoring and security systems, setting standards for organizational best practices.
- Drive the innovation and adoption of emerging technologies in the field of DevOps.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership, influencing the direction of DevOps practices within the organization.

Heres what we are looking for:

- 10+ years of experience with DevOps.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
